General conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with Zero Roses d.o.o., "us" or "we", on the zero roses.com web address or mobile website (collectively referred to as "zeroroses .com").

By using zeroroses.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms"). Please make sure you read and understand the Terms before ordering.

Zero Roses reserves the right to restrict different delivery areas at certain times of the year. This could be due to the adverse weather conditions prevailing in these areas which are hampering delivery.

The inclusion of any products or services on zeroroses.com at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that those products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be the one on zeroroses.com at the time you place your order.

Zero Roses wants to provide the best online experience possible. To make this possible, we need to ensure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree that (i) you will not post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could harm or adversely affect our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or use any device that restricts, interferes with, hinders or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the zeroroses.com site, or that affects the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, or to copy content from the Site. We reserve the right to immediately deny access to the site and terminate the account of any user who violates this or any other provision of these terms.


Ownership of rights

Any use of zeroroses.com or its content, including copying or storing of such content in whole or in part, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Zero Roses.


Delivery

Zero Roses takes the utmost care in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option selected.

Zero Roses strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. Although we aim to deliver within the time communicated, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Before you order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your expected delivery.

If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact zero roses customer support via email at info@zeroroses.com.


Prices and shipping costs

Prices displayed on zeroroses.com do not include statutory value added tax, but do not include delivery charges. The price for each shipping method is clearly indicated during the checkout process.


Duties and taxes

From 26/05/22, all orders from the EU will be shipped duty and tax paid, meaning customers will not have to pay any import fees on their orders.


If a customer places an order in the EU when not on a European site, this order may incur duties and taxes.

Zero Roses is not responsible for payment of EU customs duty when placed incorrectly, nor is Zero Roses responsible for shipping refunds if the customer places such an order.

Zero Roses is not responsible for reimbursement of EU customs duties for orders placed before 06/25/22.

Non-EU buyers may incur their own duties and taxes depending on your country, Zero Roses is not responsible for covering these costs.

US buyers will only pay import charges for orders over $800, Zero Roses will not cover this.


Ordering

When you submit your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the appropriate amount using the same method used for payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are required, we will notify you and ask you to contact our customer service team who will settle the refund.
