Shipping fee

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Once shipped, your order should arrive within the approximate timeframes of:

Serbia:

Standard (1-3 working days) - 400-600RSD

Europe:

International standard (10-15 working days) - €10.00

Rest of the World:

International standard (10-15 working days) - €15.00


Please note that Zero Roses is not responsible for any customs or import charges for orders outside the EU

International Standard Shipping can only be offered for items weighing up to 2kg


Customs duties and taxes / Import charges

All orders to European Member States are sent via DDP service (Duty Paid Paid) Orders with a total value over €50 (including delivery) may incur additional duties, which will be collected on departure depending on your destination country.


Any non-EU orders refused by the customer due to customs duties will not be subject to refunds.
